Extension, Kitty DVDs, and still being down.

Due to SL dying on us, applications for participants in THE AMAZING DATE GAME can be submitted until Tuesday night [April 8th].

I was telling some people about this tonight, but I thought I'd share here too. Mr. Kitty has a new pastime. Watching a DVD. Mewvie.com sells DVDs for kitties. It's the craziest thing, but he LOVED it. He watched "Backyard Buffet" [which sounds a little bit like a porn movie title] and was just glued to the tv. I didn't let him see all the little episodes within the DVD, but he really enjoyed the crickets and the sparrows. He was mildly interested in the squirrel, and didn't seem to care about the mice. It was just the funniest thing watching him paw at the screen, and then just sit there and stare at it. I'm turning Mr. Kitty into a couch potato!

I hung out at The Viper Pit tonight for really the first time since Sam left. I still miss my buddy so much. It's undergone yet another transformation [probably the 50th one since we moved over there] but the club, courtyard, my store and my diner are all in the same place, so that's good. A couple of days before Sam left, we'd been bouncing around the idea of me moving myself over there into one of the skyboxes, but I don't think I'm doing that now. I like where I'm living now, and I don't even know if there are going to BE skyboxes, since the people who are renting are now down on the ground and I really don't have any desire to live around neighbors just quite yet. So I'll stay in my lovely home where I feel safe.

Oh, and I had caffeine today. But it only made me feel energetic for a while. Now I'm just really tired. Of course, it only stays in your system about 7 hours, and since I had it with lunch at 1, I guess that's about right. Bedtime.
