Sad

So...I've been crying off and on all night. We got the news today that Sam was going to be offline for a while, and going into the army. It was sudden. I knew that it was always a possibility that he'd be going in. But it's just so quick. This all happened so quick. And we all tried tonight. We tried to keep things light and happy and we did have fun. It was a pretty good turnout for a party that was put together in less than an hour.




And of course we had to do all the group shots...






I'm just bummed out. I couldn't even stay at the Pit after he left. I've known Sam since January, when I moved over into the New Orleans themed sim and he moved in next door. He was just one of those people that I instantly became friends with. But it wasn't until the past month that we got to be close friends. I just don't know what I'm going to do without my buddy for the next few months. I have his email, and it is like we kept telling him - We're not going anywhere.
