I don't know why, but I'm still always a little amused and a little shocked that people are reading this. It's kind of neat when I get to meet people because of this blog, but tonight I met someone while I was just out getting a dollarbie box at Nylon Outfitters who just happened to have stumbled on my blog earlier. Hey Tomm! I promise not to call you a stalker...yet. :)
I'm really cold and really exhausted, so it's bedtime.

I had the same surprise when I looked at my blog stats the first time. It was like: Wow, 20 people check my blog every day?
Then after a month or two it got closer to: Wow, 20 people check my blog every hour?
Every day there are about a dozen or so visitors to my blog that come from yours. That's just the people who were here and then clicked on my link. So that means that dozen is probably only a fraction of your total visitors. ;-)
I guess you'd be surprised if you put a visitor counter on your page.
I know, I need to hunt out a counter. Maybe that will be today's project. Or I could just keep being surprised when someone says "Hey, aren't you the girl that writes that blog?"
Hi Alicia,
Register with Google Analytics and plant the code you are given somewhere on your page.
http://www.google.com/analytics/
It takes 24 hours after you register to gather data and then it gives a report on how many people visit you, how they found you etc. You can even see the keywords people have typed into google/yahoo and found your page. Some of them are really funny.
