oh Alicia, that is so tragic - poor woman. There are some funny laws out there and they are obviuosly too "insignificant" to worry the big-movers who could change them and the lives of so many victims! :(
Interesting read. Makes a sad story even that much more sad. Life isn't fair sometimes. I hope everything does work out for her.
